As a resident, once your Property Manager invites you to the Property Meld platform, you'll need to complete the registration process. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Open the Email Invitation
- Check your email inbox for an invitation from your property management company.
- Open the email and click on the "Confirm Your Information" button.
Step 2: Complete Your Registration
- On the registration page, create a password and confirm it by typing it again.
- Click "SIGN UP" to complete this step.
Step 3: Opt-In for Text Notifications (Optional)
- To receive mobile text notifications about maintenance requests and messages from your property manager, you can opt-in by entering your mobile number.
- Enter your cell phone number and click "Send my cell phone text notifications."
- Click "CONFIRM."
Note: If you prefer not to receive text messages, you can still receive and respond to email notifications.
