PlacePay, a subsidiary of i3 Verticals, to facilitate electronic payment processing. By electronically signing the above form, you agree to PlacePay's Merchant Agreement and Processing Agreement. Additionally you authorize PlacePay's subcontractor, CP-TOPS, LLC (doing business as Trust One Payment Services), to contact third parties for information verification, including but not limited to credit reports during the underwriting process associated with PlacePay services. Additionally, you agree to hold RPPM LLC harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of PlacePay services.
